The lab's role
Neolith grew out of a problem the lab kept hitting: the AI-born thesis had nowhere to run. FTLAB shaped its governance model — charters, approval gates and the single audit spine — the runtime expression of the lab's responsible-autonomy research. Humans hold the agenda; AI does the work.
